Uduaghan presents N398.3bn budget for 2013

Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State, yesterday, presented a budget proposal of N398.31bn for the 2013 fiscal year. The budget is made up of N145.94bn or 36.64% for recurrent expenditure and N252.37bn or 63.36% for capital expenditure.
