Shettima orders re-opening of 24 council secretariats
Daily Trust The Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima, has directed newly appointed caretaker chairmen to commence administrative activities in reconstructed secretariats and temporary secretariats in 24 out of the 27 local government areas across the state.
