The Punch Justice Mohammed Idris of a Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday granted an application by Mr. Rickey Tarfa (SAN) to tender a better and further affidavit in support of the N2.5bn suit he filed against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
