Lagos – A 28-year-old man, Modiu Diallo, who allegedly defiled a 7-year-old girl in a mosque was on Monday arraigned in a Surulere Magistrates' Court, Lagos. The accused with no fixed address is facing a three-count charge bordering on rape.
