Over voting as Sango emerges Plateau PDP chair
Daily Trust The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), yesterday, declared a former minister of Sports, Damishi Sango, winner of the chairmanship contest for Plateau State, with a recorded over-voting of about 20 percent of the total number of accredited delegates.
