Vanguard KANO – Immediate past Governor of Kano state, Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Wednesday, accused the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar and Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of working with Makarfi led faction to tumble the ruling APC in 2019.
