Nigerian Tribune IT was after 16 years (1983-1999) of uninterrupted military rule that governance changed to civilian rule. From 1999 to 2015, it will be another 16 years of uninterrupted civilian rule. The first 16 years was military; the other is civilian rule. Any correlation? |
